Thank you for shopping with IUK Sport. This policy explains our shipping, return, and refund process.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs clearance, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout when applicable. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@iuksport.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging where possible.

For hygiene and quality reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, stains, or missing tags may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other solution where appropriate.
